Choosing watercolor as my medium was deliberate. Its fluidity and translucence mirror the delicate nature of the hydrangea petals, allowing for an organic interplay of light and shadow.  Embracing an impressionist approach, I aimed to capture the essence and aura of the Hydrangeas. The tactile texture of the watercolor paper adds another layer of depth. I hope viewers will be transported to a peaceful garden, feeling the freshness of morning dew and the quiet moments of reflection that nature gifts us. Note: The still life is sold with a frame and includes a hanger, ensuring it is ready to be displayed upon arrival.
