About J Farfan

United States

The basis for Farfan’s work is iconographic language developed through research of  medieval philosophy and early concepts of time.  This approach seeks fundamentals and relationships within an iconographic language that was not arbitrary but did have definite multiple meanings. It is a creative process that seeks to move away from the purely aesthetic and into a painting approach that becomes a visual scientific explanation of the universe and humanity.
