I live in a Northern town in the UK built around the canal network that was built to transport both the raw materials and the goods produced.Brighouse is lucky that it is a hub of this network with and extensive marina providing mooring for now mainly pleasure boats. This scene shows a part of this an din my younger days I spend many hours sat on the lock gates drawing the boats .This also features the boat builder's shed which is now a bar restaurant.Again a sign of the changing times.
