A popular pass time in my home town of Brighouse is a walk by the canal side watching the narrow boats which now use these waterways once used for industry.The tow paths once used by horses are now decorated by flower beds and blossom trees which come alive in the Spring.As always pastel is the ideal medium to capture this scene.
