"Technicolour Life" was a real fun piece to paint. I love the translucency and never ending changing colour of these creatures and I have tried to replicate just that. I feel and hope that this painting will also bring fun, positive energies to the household. As usual, the inspiration behind Technicolour Life, comes from the beauty of the sea, it's inhabitants and their endless "alien" forms and shapes. Here I have used Italian powder pigments mixed with linseed oil on canvas. The canvas has a deep edge that has been painted in a complementary black and will be shipped in a tube unless otherwise advised from buyer.
