My work has an amorphous form and function; encompasses an evocative use of light, shape, and form; and, each composition is non-representational or representational depending on the piece and its message. The underlying statement my work expresses is to visually identify a space and its components. In my work, space speaks through the relationship between the elements of the design. My pieces embrace the mundane, the intellectual experience, and the passions of my life. I see my work as a kind of "boundary breaking" going "outside the box". I love to create landscapes rooted in geometry.
