Victor Ovsyannikov was born in 1947 in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute. 
Having a great way of life, Vi?tor Ovsyannikov became a full and original artist only in 2015. Since then, he has created more than 150 works in a variety of artistic techniques and styles. It was a difficult but fruitful search for himself in art, a style that began to emerge in the last few dozen paintings.
